Visiting Hours

The hospital is open 24/7 but patients can be visited only at stipulated times..

  • Afternoon: 1300 – 1400

  • Evening: 1700 – 17:30

  • Visitor Guidelines

    We ask visitors to follow a number of guidelines to ensure that the patient environment remains safe, calm and supportive of healing.

    • Visit patients during regular hospital hours.

    • Have a maximum of Two (2) visitors per bedside 

    • Please cooperate with all requests from hospital staff.

    • No smoking.

    • Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the centre as visitors.

    • Protect and respect the privacy of all patients.

    • Be sensitive to the patient’s condition (and their roommate’s) and limit the visit accordingly.

    • For the benefit of the patients, keep noise levels low at all times.

    • Do not bring any electrical appliances into the hospital.

    • Check whether cellphone use is permitted in your area, as they may interfere with medical equipment.

    • Follow staff instructions in times of emergency or special alert.
